ANSWER: Hello, ashley,
It is often the case that a woman doesn't have much bleeding after a surgical abortion. It is also common for a pregnancy test to come back positive that soon after an abortion. It takes time for the pregnancy hormones to dissipate. As long as you have them in your body, you might experience sore breasts. That said, occasionally the abortionist misses the baby.
Abortions never go right. Ever. They may produce the results that are sought, ending the pregnancy, but they wreak havoc in other ways. They have to. Our bodies were designed to protect our children, and it causes damage when they overcome those protections to do an abortion.
There are some things you haven't told me, but I'll go with the information you have given. You haven't said how far along you were. You also didn't really describe the chest pains. If it's sore breasts, it's probably nothing to worry about (at least not until the time when you possibly get breast cancer as a result of the abortion). However, there could be other types of chest pains. Occasionally, a woman will suffer some problems with her heart as a result of an abortion. It could be due to the abortion itself, or to the anesthetic, if she had any. Some women have a hereditary tendency toward heart problems, and some have developed a tendency due to environmental factors. This is why the abortionist should do a careful medical history, including asking questions about heart disease in family members, but very few do. Since in women, a heart attack may not be real easy to identify, it's something that should be checked out. If you had pain especially on the left side, or if it involved your arm, it is definitely something to be concerned about. You should see a doctor, possibly a cardiologist, and ask him your questions.
If it turns out there is a heart problem, you should do some research on the internet to look for natural remedies. The best site for this that I have found is
http://drmercola.com/
He also has information on how to protect yourself against breast cancer. He doesn't talk about the fact that abortion makes a woman more prone to breast cancer, but he has good remedies, and he recommends a thermogram rather than mammograms (which can actually spread the cancer). But I will tell you that there are several risk factors for breast cancer involved when a woman gets an abortion: 1. if she has never had a live birth, and 2. if she has close family members who have breast cancer, or have had it. If both these factors are present, a woman will almost certainly get breast cancer, and it can strike while she is in her 30's or even earlier. This type of breast cancer is particularly deadly and kills 1/4 of its victims. So don't wait. Learn how to protect yourself. I can give you some more information later if you want.
Please let me know what you find out when you go to the doctor, and please don't take any more chances with your life. Abortion is always dangerous, and can kill you or give you serious health problems. You are also now at risk for a future child to be born with serious birth defects. You will need to tell your doctor when you are pregnant, that you have had a surgical abortion, so he can watch for signs of very early birth. He can fasten your cervix shut to prevent this. But if you have a very early birth, the baby can have serious problems. Please take care of yourself.

QUESTION: thanks alot for all the information. that was really helpful.
i was 9weeks and 7gestation, the chest pain is a shooting heart pain, i have also still been getting sick, im worried that i could still be pregnant i dont have any symtoms but my stomach is still tender and sore to touch what are the chances of me still been pregnant?,also in my family there is no breast cancer in my family, what are the cances of me getting it. thanks for all your help
ANSWER: Hello, ashley,
You're welcome.
I don't think in terms of "chances" of still being pregnant. Either you are, or you aren't.
The fact that you have a shooting heart pain worries me. Please see a doctor as soon as possible.
Your stomach problems can easily be due to the fact that the pregnancy hormones in your body haven't dissipated yet.
Even though you don't have breast cancer in your family, you are still at greater risk. If you did have breast cancer in your family, it would be practically a certainty. However, your chances without having it in your family can easily be anywhere between 50% to 200% greater as a result of your abortion.
I hope this helps. Let me know what you find out about your heart problem. Take care.

QUESTION: yeah but how would i no if i still am after the termination?
and i went to the doctor yesterday and he said that he thinks i might have a blood cloth which is stopping the oxygen to my brain which is causing me to have like black out. and also i have been getting sick at times still is that still normal?
AnswerHello, ashley,
I don't know who you are seeing, but if you went to the person who provided the abortion, none of this surprises me. They often hurt a woman, but they don't want to admit it. You probably won't get decent care unless you find a doctor who doesn't believe in abortion. Having a blood clot such as you describe is also very dangerous. It can cause a stroke, which can do a lot of damage to your nerves, and cause problems like paralysis, inability to speak, and other problems. You NEED to find someone who will take your concerns seriously. The possibility of a clot, the possibility you have lost too much blood, and the possibility of the damage a clot can do, all mean you need some kind of treatment. Don't take No for an answer. Make sure you get the answers you need. Your life could depend on it. Blood clots that cause blackouts can even kill a woman. And you should NOT be driving at all as long as you have this problem, either. And yes, this is one of the kinds of damage an abortion can do.
Getting sick at times for awhile afterward is common. As the hormones from pregnancy dissipate, that will happen less often, and eventually will stop.
As for knowing whether or not you are still pregnant, only time will tell, but the fact that you are getting sick less often would tend to suggest you are not. If you test weekly for awhile, you should see the strength of the positive declining. If it stays strong, then you may still be pregnant. Also, sickness tends to end for most women by the time of the second trimester. See if you still feel pregnant as well. One thing that you might be able to try is to lie on your stomach on the bed. See if you feel a lump in your stomach. While this isn't really that great a test, if you do feel a lump, it would seem that you might still be pregnant. If you are, leave things alone. Get some good prenatal care from your decent doctor that you have found, and carry through. It's not worth risking your life.
Please keep in touch. Take care.
