Hi Ms Cheryl,

I had a question concerning a recent medical abortion I underwent.  I took the mifepristone orally on April 3, 2010 in the morning 9 am and then took 800 mg (4 pills) of cytotec vaginally on April 4, 2010 around 9 pm. Since then (today is April 5) I started to bleed slightly after the mifepristone and since taking the cytotec (today is April 5) I have only passed a few (3) quarter sized clots and have bleed minimally (not enough to fill one pad).  I am afraid that this abortion has been incomplete because in my own experience (this is my 2nd abortion), after taking misoprostal, I would pass many clots and a large amount of blood.  For more background, the first day of my LMP is February, 25, 2010 and I remember having sex on March 9 and probably became fertilized shortly after, so that would put me 3.5 weeks pregnant or 5.5 weeks since LMP.  Could this be a reason why I haven't been passing as much blood (seeing that it is a early pregnancy)? Any advice appreciated!  Thank you for your time!
