Answer
Hello, Madia,

First, please know I am not a doctor.

It may not be the case that eating a certain food or certain foods will heal your body. There are a number of things that can go wrong, and you first need to find out what the specific problems are. If you find that out, I may be able to tell you more.

Eat a good diet, with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. Make sure you get enough protein. If you are a vegetarian, think seriously of eating some animal foods, such as eggs or cheese, if you aren't eating meat. A vegetarian diet isn't very healthy. For extra bleeding, you can try eating very spicy foods that have red hot peppers in them. Extra bleeding will weaken your body.

But you need to go to a doctor and see if you can find out why your periods are not regular, and what other kinds of health problems you have.

As far as not being able to get pregnant is concerned, it is not that uncommon for a woman not to get pregnant for six months. But depending on what the problem is, having an abortion could be preventing you from conceiving. This is especially true if you had a surgical abortion and you now have scar tissue. You could also have an infection such as pelvic inflammatory disease, that could be preventing you from getting pregnant. So let the doctor examine and test you, and see what you find out.

If you find out what specific problems you are facing, let me know, and I may be able to tell you more. Good luck, and please take care of yourself.

Expertise

I can help women with the consideration of their decision, and with resources, and I can share my own experiences as the mother of seven and grandmother of eleven. My approach is to show love and concern, and help women work through the issues, emotional, spiritual, practical. I also help women deal with boyfriend and family issues. I am not a doctor, but I have done extensive medical research, so I may be able to help with information. I am female. When you write, if you are or were pregnant, please tell me how far along you were or are, and if you have had an abortion, please tell me what kind. Thank you.

Experience

I have been working with women who are considering abortion for several years. I also work with women who have had abortions. Our family has also experienced adoption, so I can talk about that as well.

Education/Credentials
I am mostly self-taught. I also studied midwifery for awhile. I have spent years doing research on this topic. In fact, I have been doing research and working in this area since the early 1970's. I have been helping women online for a few years, under the guidance of a woman who was formally training in counseling.
