I had an abortion two weeks ago and my breast are secreting milk. Wat do i do. It was 18 weeks old

this happens quite common.
Do not touch it.
Just a firm bra (BH solid) or some ice compress (is komprimere (;-)
It will disappear in a couple of days.
If not, you can ask your doc for Dostinex® (Pfizer)
patience is best. No massage !
