Abortion/Confused

Question
I was expecting my period this month on 10th of June. But I missed the date, and as we were try for a baby,  I did a home pregnancy test (on 14th), which came positive.

But,  I got some bleeding on 15th till 20th, but this was not like a normal period. Only some brown spotting and it was very little.

So, I got confused whether I have got a pregnancy, and I did one repeat test  today. But, this time the result is negative. Negative in the sense that the indicator line became slightly red, instead of deep red which is said to be an indicative of pregnancy.
Now, I am confused whether I am bearing or not. I am going to meet my doc in a day or two, but needed some advice on the following.

How much chance I have for a baby, is it there? If not, when shall I get my normal periods?

I am having a lot of pain in my lower back, lower abdomen, and the breasts. What could be the reason for this?

Answer
Hi Varsha,

Thanks for your question. I would check with your doctor see what is recommended.
Oh, I see that you were going to meet with your doctor. What happened? I would be curious to know.

As for the chances of you being pregnant, I really can't tell you that over the internet. The symptoms you mention, do sound like pregnancy symptoms. I will be praying for you to have a baby.
