This is to inform you that my girlfriend is pregnant as we have got a positive result in HCG test.Now we are confirmed that she is pregnan and we want abortion now it is around 1 and half months she did have periods . I am about to give her MTPROST KIT from tomorow can you please suggest is there any other option apart from this if there is excess bleeding after that . PLEASE REPLY ME ON MY EMAIL AT THE EARLIEST  SAVE ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

I am SO glad you asked before you did anything!

These pills are very powerful and dangerous! They can kill your girlfriend. The pharmaceutical company that sells them also gives VERY dangerous instructions. I have contacted them about it, but they ignored me. The manufacturer of one of the drugs says a pregnant woman should never take it! It can cause a woman to bleed to death, as you have heard. There are about 20,000 women who die from abortion every year in India, and in most cases, these are women who bleed to death and live in rural areas where they cannot get medical care. Even if your girlfriend can get medical care, they may have to do a hysterectomy to save her life. That means she will never be able to have children. She really deserves your protection.

In addition, these pills can cause her uterus to rupture, and if used as instructed, they can cause her to develop Toxic Shock Syndrome. This is a nasty infection caused by Clostridium sordellii, and it kills a woman within hours as soon as symptoms start. I know of no cases where they have been able to save the woman's life. In addition, if the abortion is successful, she can get breast cancer while she is still young. If she has a close relative who has had breast cancer, she is almost certain to get it. It is a particularly nasty form called Triple Negative, and it kills 1/4 of its victims.

She is very close to the limit of when these pills will even work. If they don't work, she will probably have to have a surgical abortion as well. And the dangers of surgical abortion are so many I have books full of information about them. It can not only take her life or make her seriously disabled, but it can also kill or harm her future children. One consequence is miscarriage or very early birth, and very early birth often causes nasty birth defects like cerebral palsy, epilepsy, mental retardation, autism, blindness, and deafness. She will also be much more likely to have a tubal pregnancy in the future. This is an emergency that requires immediate surgery to save her life, and the baby cannot live. And it can cause complications during birth and make a Caesarian section necessary to save the life of both of them.

Do you have the money to pay for medical care for these kinds of complications? Do you really want to do something like this to her?

If that weren't enough, a woman who has had an abortion is 7 times as likely to commit suicide as one who carries to term, and much more likely to die a violent death from other causes. Women often abuse drugs or alcohol, or themselves, and can develop eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia, or sleep disorders, such as nightmares (I have experienced these, and believe me, you don't want her to go through what I went through).

A person who takes such powerful drugs should be under the supervision of a doctor, and no ethical doctor would ever give a pregnant woman these pills.

TELL her about the dangers. See if she doesn't agree you should find a better answer.

I realize you two aren't married, and there is a stigma attached to having a baby without being married. But there are other options. For example, she can have her baby and give it up for adoption. There is one home in India where a woman can stay until she gives birth, if staying in her community is a problem. There are also organizations in some parts of India that offer help with financial and medical issues, and supplies for a baby. They offer counseling. She deserves to hear what her other options are.

What part of India do you live in? If there is an organization near you, I will let you know where it is. If there isn't one near, I can give you contact information anyway, or you can go to a church (such as a Catholic church) and get help.
