Hi Dr.  This is the situation.  Was 4-5 weeks pregnant on 8th June. My doctor suggested I take 4 tablets of cytotec that night. Saw very light bleeding for about 4 days and that was it.  She suggested we repeat 4 tablets again 18 June & 19 June.  I took 18 June dose (4 tablets vaginally again).  Bleeding was really heavy for about 3 days (i had bad cramps and shortness of breath, thought I was dying, it was painful) and 23 June it stopped & I was back to normal. Also had a huge thing come out in a sac like thing on 19 June so I assumed all is well & doctor confirmed without doing further check ups.

I had unprotected sex from 23 June as doctor did not discuss anything with me, just gave me pills &  I thought I'm fine since I just had abortion and I cant get pregnant,now i think it was silly.

25 June had bad headache, nausea and dizziness, I just felt sick.   Same situation continues for a few days each afternoon and on 1 July I just throw up too.  Could I be pregnant again so soon?  Blood test showed positive 3 July. Am I being paranoid?

If i am pregnant i will keep the baby but will it be fine after using cytotec if at all i am pregnant?

I do have appointment with doctor, but in the meantime I cant stop thinking about this.  Please give some thought.

why have unprotected sex in the first place !?
Only have unprotected sex when you do want a baby.
!0 days after the abortion you can conceive already again though this is not advisable at all.
The pregest stays positive 3-4 weeks after the abortion, so that shows nothing.
Just patience can help you.
I think the abortion was complete, and if you did not conceive you are still not pregnant.
