Question
it is safe abortion with mtprost kit?and tell how it can be use?
do you can tell some abortion method in UAE?

Answer
Hello, fraz,

The mtprost kit can kill you. No, it's not safe. It can cause you to bleed to death, or get a nasty infection that can kill you within hours. It can cause your uterus to rupture, and it will make you much more likely to get breast cancer. The cancer can strike while you are in your 30's and it kills 1/4 of the women who get it. And there is the possibility it won't work anyway.

Abortion is illegal in UAE. If you have a complication from taking the mtprost kit, do you have the money to pay for medical care? Won't they find out you broke the law, and that you were pregnant when you shouldn't have been?

There are no resources I know of in UAE for women in your position, unfortunately. That needs to change, but that's the situation right now. The safest thing you can do is to go visit another country for awhile, have your baby, give him or her up for adoption, and then go home.

I won't give you instructions for how to use the mtprost kit. I would be practicing medicine without a license and I could get into a lot of trouble. If I were a doctor, I would be committing malpractice and violating medical ethics. I also won't help you hurt yourself.

There are a few places where you can try to get help, mainly to go visit another country. Try a local church. They won't hurt you. They are people of the book. Or, you can talk to the US Embassy or the US military, and ask the same question. They won't be allowed to help you get an abortion.

I wish I could do more for you, but I sure can't think of anything. I hope you will be all right. I just don't see the point in deliberately hurting yourself because of how people might treat you if you don't. Please take care.

Expertise

I can help women with the consideration of their decision, and with resources, and I can share my own experiences as the mother of seven and grandmother of eleven. My approach is to show love and concern, and help women work through the issues, emotional, spiritual, practical. I also help women deal with boyfriend and family issues. I am not a doctor, but I have done extensive medical research, so I may be able to help with information. I am female. When you write, if you are or were pregnant, please tell me how far along you were or are, and if you have had an abortion, please tell me what kind. Thank you.

Experience

I have been working with women who are considering abortion for several years. I also work with women who have had abortions. Our family has also experienced adoption, so I can talk about that as well.

Education/Credentials
I am mostly self-taught. I also studied midwifery for awhile. I have spent years doing research on this topic. In fact, I have been doing research and working in this area since the early 1970's. I have been helping women online for a few years, under the guidance of a woman who was formally training in counseling.
