Question
I had a surgical abortion when I was nearly 12 weeks pregnant. I am 17. I am also a little bit anemic.

Please can I know when will my hormone levels be normal again, and when will ovulation occurs?

Many people are ovulating 14-16 days after an abortion, but my baby was quite big. I wonder if this makes ovulation comes later.

Hi Sophia,
after an abortion periods and bloodloss are unpredictable for - sometimes - 3 months or longer.
Ovulation may occur 10-14 days after an abortion whatever the duration of pregnancy was. I would advise you to eat much red meat and veggies.
For the rest you need patience.
