i had a d & c and met with my husband after 2 days and i guess it caused my prolonged bleeding cause i bled intermittently for 2 weeks. pls hope nothing has gone wrong. thanks

Hi Jenny,
this is unbelievable and most stupid.
Asking for severe complications. How can your man be so silly.
I hope you got enough antibiotics to prevent serious infection.
I am sure you were told to put nothing in your vagina for 3 weeks after the abortion.
The connection with the inside of the uterus is open for almost two weeks.

I hope the bleeding cleaned the uterus. Bleeding after an abortion is always unpredictable. Careful: THERE ARE NO DAFE DAYS until your periods are regular again; so, no unprotected sex for 3 weeks, unless you want a baby.
