Hi,

I came on this site looking for information about abortions and have seen statements form yourself that ALL women will suffer (physically) as a result of abortion, but have not been able to find any conclusive evidence of thison the web.

Please could you point me out in the direction of you finding as this may be usefull for future refernce and the consideration of others.

I could write a book on the subject, but there isn't the space here, nor do I have the time. Let me just point out briefly WHY abortion always harms women.

There are two major types of abortion. Pill abortions are becoming increasingly common, so I'll start with those. The pills are powerful drugs, and are basically poisonous. In my opinion, they should be taken off the market. They DISRUPT a woman's delicately balanced hormones and interfere with a natural process. You don't do that without causing harm. You have probably read what kinds of harm can be caused by pill abortions. If you want more explanation, let me know. But briefly, they stop the hormone that controls a woman's bleeding, and regardless of whether she bleeds to death or not, the amount of bleeding most women experience weakens their bodies and their immune systems. As a result of the changes in pH that occur when hormones are disrupted like this, a woman becomes more susceptible to infections that are introduced, particularly through the reproductive tract. These include sexually transmitted disease and HIV.

Surgical abortions are even more obviously harmful. In order to do a surgical abortion, they first have to force the cervix open. This causes many tiny tears in the flesh. This weakens the cervix. Tears also open the blood stream to infections if either the abortionist fails to sterilize his instrument properly, or if she has sex before all of these raw places are healed. Infections in the uterus itself can cause infertility, or even more serious consequences. A woman can get STDs, including HIV, from the abortion itself, because so few abortionists sterilize their instruments properly. But let me tell you another thing that may help put this in perspective. Suppose you want to allow a woman to give birth without getting an infection. Theoretically, you could put her in a microwave, and turn it on, but the moment you take her out, the surface of her skin will immediately be covered by all kinds of infective organisms. I hope this silly example illustrates what I mean.

For my next discussion, I would like to talk a little about what happens in pregnancy. First of all, when the sperm penetrates the oocyte, immediately, the genetic material is reorganized, and the fertilized oocyte begins to travel down the Fallopian tube. As the new human being moves down this tube, every time he or she bumps into the tube itself, there is hormonal communication. Bonding on a subconscious level actually occurs before a woman even knows she is pregnant. The hormones exchanged stop a woman's period. I was aware of when I was pregnant within a couple of days, simply because my uterus would "tug" because of these hormones. There are plenty of other women who are aware as well. Once the new human being arrives in the uterus, which takes a few days, the human being seeks to implant in the wall of the uterus. Having established this implantation, a placenta starts to grow. The placenta is made up both of maternal tissue and the tissue of the baby, separated by a permeable membrane. The entire organ is a single entity, which is deeply rooted in the mother's uterine wall. At the point that the placenta is sufficiently mature (early), the baby begins to send embryonic stem cells into the mother's body. These stem cells travel along the mother's bloodstream and lodge in various tissues of the body, including the brain and the breasts. At this point, they start to convey immunity to breast cancer to the mother. However, the breast cells must first mature. To begin with, they are immature cells that are particularly susceptible to any kind of event that will start them growing, at which time they may become cancerous. The baby has been making trophoblast, which is a particular kind of cell, which is intended to erode a place in the surface of the uterus so that the baby can attach to the mother's uterus. Trophoblast are pre-cancerous cells. Again, to avoid the risk of cancer, the trophoblast must be allowed to mature. If it does not, then it can lead to cancer. At the time of either abortion or birth, a much larger quantity of embryonic stem cells are released. The quantity of these cells released during abortion overwhelms a woman's immune system, and renders her much more susceptible to auto-immune disease. With epidemiological studies, they have discovered a much higher incidence of these diseases in women based solely on the fact they had a prior abortion.

Because both the hormonal messages and the exchange of cells later cause bonding, abortion disrupts this bond, which causes emotional difficulties in the mother. People who support legalized abortion don't understand why when they become pregnant themselves, they resist having an abortion, even when it seems like the "logical" thing to do, and they suffer emotionally just as much if they go through with one. I have not met one woman YET who didn't show that she suffered from emotional consequences. Think of the fact that when a human being experiences pain, this causes the body to manufacture chemicals that are indicative of pain. Get these chemicals into the stem cells, have the stem cells go to the mother's brain and lodge there, and she will be forever reminded on a subliminal level that she killed her baby. I talked to two people who didn't realize how much they had suffered emotionally. One of them worked in an abortion mill. She said she had lost all capacity for emotion. If that isn't harm, I don't know what is. The other said she was completely at peace about her abortion, but she lashed out at anyone who disagreed with her on any issue connected to abortion. Many women go into denial, and bury their feelings. Eventually, they may come out of this state, and unless it is handled very carefully, a woman can become suicidal. I have sat up all night with suicidal women to keep them from doing it. If that weren't enough, abortion often causes grave spiritual harm. Even if the woman seems not to have suffered any consequences, she knows she did it, and that's all she needs for some of these consequences.
