Question
Hi,

I am feeling very frustrated at the moment. I am 40 and fell pregnant whilst taking the pill. I had a termination 12 weeks ago but am continuing to bleed although this is lightening somewhat now. I have been back to the clinic several times where this was performed and they have said that there is nothing wrong. I have experineced very heavy bleeding in the past twelve weeks sometimes soaking through a pad within minutes. My GP prescribed cyclokapron and iron to help build my blood back up again and I have been taking the pill for the past twelve weeks with no break in the bledding, although as I have written previously the bleeeding has lightened considerably in the past week. I am concerned because I passed out two very hard lumps from my vagina which were grey in colour and had branch-like sections contained within them. Can you please suggest what I should do next, I really am at my wits end.

Answer
I'm assuming your GP didn't give you much of an answer in regards to the lumps?  I would think if you are concerned you should try to see an OB/GYN at this point.  Sorry for the short answer but I always recommend switching doctors also if you feel uncomfortable with your current one.
