Question
i had a D&C abortion 5 weeks ago. before the D&C, i was given oytocin and quinn for a day, 2 days later i took misoprostol & did the D&C the following day. i was a month pregnant. i bled for 7 days after the D&C it was like my normal period. i went back to the hospital a week after my D&C and a scan was carried out and my uterus was discovered to be bulgy and i was given an injection to make it contract well. its now 5 weeks and i haven't seen my period, i'm worried.

Did they say that your pregnancy was terminated? I didn't quite understand from your question. So you aren't bleeding from the abortion or a period? Let me know. It's not uncommon to have your cycle be abnormal after an abortion so I wouldn't worry too much about not having a period yet. Are you suffering any problems after that abortion? Almost 22 years of on-the-job training onsite at abortion clinics and volunteering at pregnancy resource centers. Sonogram training and Post Abortion Counseling Training. Have done research with hundreds of women for almost 23 years regarding abortion, pregnancy and post-abortion healing.
