Question
I had taken the abortion pill 4 times already but this was years ago and now I found out I am pregnant again I was wondering would it be bad to take this again will it mess up my body?

Answer
Hello, lauryn,

These pills have ALREADY messed up your body. You will find out. You are much more prone to breast cancer as a result, and to auto-immune disease such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. We don't even know yet what harm these will do to a woman's future children. Nobody wants to know.

The more times you have an abortion, the more damage it does. You are obviously in a cycle of repeat abortions, even though it has been years. That cycle won't end until you either carry a baby to term, become sterile, or stop having inappropriate sex. I urge you to refuse to have an abortion this time.

These pills can kill a woman. They can cause her to bleed to death, rupture her uterus, or cause an infection so deadly it will kill her within hours. You have been "lucky" so far. Don't press your luck!

You should take Vitamin D3 the rest of your life, to help prevent breast cancer. Start with 5000IU a day. You need to have your blood tested periodically to make sure you're not getting too much. Don't get mammograms. They can cause or spread breast cancer. Get regular thermograms.

If you need help this time, you can get it from the organization in your area that helps pregnant women. You can find such an organization by going to this web site:

The link to the lists is on the right.

Please don't risk your life anymore. It's not worth it. Please stay safe, and let me know what happens. Good luck!

Expertise

I can help women with the consideration of their decision, and with resources, and I can share my own experiences as the mother of seven and grandmother of eleven. My approach is to show love and concern, and help women work through the issues, emotional, spiritual, practical. I also help women deal with boyfriend and family issues. I am not a doctor, but I have done extensive medical research, so I may be able to help with information. I am female. When you write, if you are or were pregnant, please tell me how far along you were or are, and if you have had an abortion, please tell me what kind. Thank you.

Experience

I have been working with women who are considering abortion for several years. I also work with women who have had abortions. Our family has also experienced adoption, so I can talk about that as well.

Education/Credentials
I am mostly self-taught. I also studied midwifery for awhile. I have spent years doing research on this topic. In fact, I have been doing research and working in this area since the early 1970's. I have been helping women online for a few years, under the guidance of a woman who was formally training in counseling.
