Answer
Hello, Rakshana,

Abortions disrupt a woman's hormones, so bleeding when you don't expect it doesn't surprise me. If you had a surgical abortion, you should be checked to make sure you didn't have an unusual injury. Abortion always harms a woman's body. But sometimes they perforate the uterus, or cause other damage, which can lead to unexpected bleeding. We also don't know that your bleeding on the 29th was your period or not. The only way you can really know is to monitor your hormones. When you are bleeding it is better not to have sex, because your uterus is open to infection. Since you are married, there is no reason to have an abortion, and since abortion is dangerous, you need to stay away from it. Your husband should protect you.

If you don't have a decent doctor, you can get a recommendation by going to an organization that helps pregnant women. These organizations are all over the United States, and to find one near you, you can go to this web site:

http://www.optionline.org/

The person who did the abortion on you cannot be trusted. Unless you had some kind of medical abnormality, that person should never have provided an abortion. Abortion is bad medicine.

If you don't have some kind of unusual injury, I recommend you leave things alone. It would be a good idea to get some cayenne into your body on a regular basis. You can buy this at a health food store, or you can eat food with red hot peppers in it. This will help prevent hemorrhage. Of course if you do have a hemorrhage, you need immediate emergency medical care. I hope and pray that you will be safe. You will just have to let your body heal, and it will take time. Just be prepared to handle things if you start bleeding without warning, wherever you are.

Please take care, and let me know how things go.

I can help women with the consideration of their decision, and with resources, and I can share my own experiences as the mother of seven and grandmother of eleven. My approach is to show love and concern, and help women work through the issues, emotional, spiritual, practical. I also help women deal with boyfriend and family issues. I am not a doctor, but I have done extensive medical research, so I may be able to help with information. I am female. When you write, if you are or were pregnant, please tell me how far along you were or are, and if you have had an abortion, please tell me what kind. Thank you.

Experience

I have been working with women who are considering abortion for several years. I also work with women who have had abortions. Our family has also experienced adoption, so I can talk about that as well.

Education/Credentials
I am mostly self-taught. I also studied midwifery for awhile. I have spent years doing research on this topic. In fact, I have been doing research and working in this area since the early 1970's. I have been helping women online for a few years, under the guidance of a woman who was formally training in counseling.
