I have (4) 200mg of misoprostol tabets.  Am I supposed to administer the tablets in order to successfully abort a 4 week pregnancy, vaginally or orally?  If vaginally, how do I properly insert them?

For heaven's sake, don't put them EITHER PLACE. They are poisonous and they can kill you. The manufacturer of Misoprostol says a pregnant woman should NEVER take them, for that very reason. It is even illegal to tell a woman to take them vaginally in the United States. This is because they can cause an infection that will kill a woman within hours. I am not aware of any case where they were able to save a woman's life, even with the most aggressive treatment, once symptoms develop. Of course, it is also foolish to take them at all, because the manufacturer has no liability if they harm you, because they are only given off label. I don't know who gave you those tablets, but stay away from that person. He or she cannot be trusted! Sure, some women get away with it, at least for awhile, but there are some pretty nasty diseases a woman may develop in a few years if she uses those pills.

Have you taken any pills of any kind already? If you haven't, don't. If you have, you need medical care from someone who really cares about you, not someone who just wants to make money off your body. You can get a referral to a good doctor by contacting an organization in your area that helps pregnant women. You can find the one closest to you by going to this web site:

One other thing. It would help if you let me know whether your are measuring your pregnancy from your last menstrual period, or from the day you think you conceived. If from the latter, there is a good chance they won't even work.

If you start to bleed profusely, seek immediate medical attention. Those pills can cause a woman to bleed to death. In the meantime, get some cayenne into your body. You can get it as a supplement at the health food store, or you can eat food with red hot peppers in it, on a regular basis.
