Question
i had an abortion in January to be exact wit the consent of my husband. I have not since then seen my menstrual cycle up until now and we are in the month of April. I used some morning after pills when i had sex with my husband. Is that enough to change my menstrual pattern? I'm kind of panicked.I'm not discharging anything neither am i having any cramps. Can i also in the circumstance since i have not seen my cycle get pregnant? I have a child already and i still want to get pregnant in the near future.

Answer
Using the morning after pill can change your period.  You should consider using condoms, the pill, or the ring to prevent stressing yourself out.  Choosing an effective contraceptive method is part of the partnership in marriage.  You can get pregnant at anytime.  So please consider a better option.
