Question
Hi. I'm a married mother of two from Sydney and i had a medical termination on 30/31st March. I am two days post second tabs. I had the cramping and bleeding start four hours from the second tabs which I placed inside my cheeks. My qn is does everyone pass clots? I was 6 weeks and I saw no clots. Now two days on I keep getting recurrent cramps which are relieved by heat pack and ibuprofen.my flow is similar to a normal period.
I am concerned that because I haven't seen any clots it may mean it was unsuccessful? Is this possible?

Answer
Not everyone does.  If you are having a period like flow that is fine.  The cramping is your uterus containing to try to push out any decidua and the gestational sac and prevent heavy bleeding.  My concern is that you may have not passed the sac and it may be at your cervix.  Monitor your bleeding.  If it gets heavier then that is what happened.  Just call your doctor.
