Abortion/two weeks post abortion smelly discharge

Question
I've had a D&E abortion two weeks ago, I was along my second month into the pregnancy. I was given methergin at first, to take in every four hours for 18 hours. Then afterwards they did the procedure. I didn't bathe for four days (my doctor said two to three). And did pretty normal stuff for those days. I took the antibiotics and iron pills as advised. Five days later, I went for back for my check up and the doctor gave me 15 tablets of methergin to take for another five days. A couple of days ago though, I noticed a foul-smelling discharge coming from my vagina. I found in some sites that there could be something wrong when this happens. What do I do? How are you doing? I hope you have found medical help for the discharge problem. This could possibly be some kind of infection so if you haven't yet, please call your doctor or medical clinic. Almost 22 years of on-the-job training onsite at abortion clinics and volunteering at pregnancy resource centers. Sonogram training and Post Abortion Counseling Training. Have done research with hundreds of women for almost 23 years regarding abortion, pregnancy and post-abortion healing.
