After consuming 2 tablets of misoprostol orally and 2 placing inside, I received a small amount of blood discharge after 7 hours. After 30 hours I took the mifepristone tablet. Please suggest me should I go for a second course of medication again?

Please help me urgently

Thanking you

ANSWER: Hello, deepa,

You are welcome.

Please know that I am a woman.

You haven't told me how far along in your pregnancy you are. This is important. These pills will only work for a very short time to begin with. Putting them inside your body is VERY dangerous, and can cause a massive infection that could kill you within hours. The company that sells these pills doesn't care. Furthermore, these pills can cause a woman to bleed to death. In India, around 10,000 women are bleeding to death every year, after taking these pills.

I need to know how far along you are, and I also whether you are calculating from your last period or from the date you think you conceived. Also, tell me when you took the pills. Please send me that information, and I will be able to tell you more. Also, please tell me what problems you are facing that cause you to want to have an abortion. If you are not in that part of your pregnancy where they are likely to work, it is quite possible your baby has been unharmed.

Please do not take any more pills. They are poisonous to a pregnant woman, and the manufacturer says a pregnant woman should never take them. Please stay safe.

Answer
Hello, deepa,

You're welcome. Please remember I am a woman. I am answering questions here because I do not like to see women get hurt.

We don't know if the pills will work at the time you took them. You can test weekly and see if the pregnancy test gets stronger or weaker.

You should NOT take any more pills! They can KILL you. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY MORE.

Let me know what problems you have that cause you to want an abortion. If you are still pregnant, we may be able to find a better answer for you.

How far along would you be now? Are you experiencing symptoms of pregnancy?

Take care.
