hi
   i am jothi here. after one year i will get conceive but after 9 weeks i lost my baby, because 7 weeks growth. because of my baby i left the job and i taken care everything means food,taken rest, tablets etc. why i lost the baby and when i can try next pregnency? before pregnency any medical checkup? and how can i avoid nex tobortion?

Answer
Actually, it is better to just be normal during the first trimester.  Take your vitamins, eat well and exercise.  There is no need to rest in bed.  You can go to work.  You should get a regular medical checkup.  Miscarriages can happen.  A fetus that stops growing is usually not healthy and often this is due to a defective chromosome and has nothing to do with nutrition.
