Hello,
I recently had an abortion on May 18, i was 5 weeks pregnant now thinking back at my action i regret it so much. i had the abortion pill and i did as what i was told no sexual intercourse nor anything inserted in my vaginal area. i went for my follow up a week later, may 25. I was told everything was ok and it was fine to have sexual intercourse. Now it’s been close to 3 weeks since my abortion and my period is of track. I really want to get pregnant again; I’ve had unprotected sex this weekend many times. Today i woke up with slight cramps. I have high hopes i could be pregnant because from what I’ve read and heard women are highly fertile after an abortion or miscarriage.
After 3 weeks since the abortion is it possible i could get pregnant (if i keep trying)?
&& what could the slight cramping mean?

Thanks for your questions. I need to know a few answers before I can totally advise you. For the first thing, why did you get the abortion? If you went to get an abortion, why do you want to get pregnant again? I would not advise you to try to conceive this early after your abortion. For physical and emotional reasons. Wanting to get pregnant after an abortion could be a psychological reaction to your abortion.
