so what can i do now?????????

Answer
Hello, neha,

I assume you didn't want to be pregnant. If so, then you got what you wanted.

The pills can mess up your cycle, so that is not surprising. If you continue not to have your period, you should see a doctor. Nobody will be able to tell you over the internet why you are not getting your period. If you are a vegan, that could be the reason why. A person who eats absolutely no animal foods can stop having her period. Also, if you are exercising more, that could explain it. If you are nervous about not having your period, that could do it. If you had sex within the past three weeks, test again in a week. If you are pregnant, please don't take any more pills. They are very dangerous. I can help you think about alternatives that will keep your body safe.

If you want to be free of the fear of pregnancy and you're not married, stop having sex. That is the only way that is truly reliable. Think about your future and what you want from your life. Find a man who will respect you and your body and won't put you at risk (it might be the partner you have now, if he is willing to protect you from now on.) If a man isn't willing to respect you and not put you at risk for pregnancy, you deserve someone better. If you are married, you can learn to tell when you are fertile. It is all right to have a baby when you are married. If you want more information on fertility awareness, let me know.

Please take care of yourself. Those pills are dangerous and can kill you. You should never take them again. Let me know if this answers your question.

Expertise

I can help women with the consideration of their decision, and with resources, and I can share my own experiences as the mother of seven and grandmother of eleven. My approach is to show love and concern, and help women work through the issues, emotional, spiritual, practical. I also help women deal with boyfriend and family issues. I am not a doctor, but I have done extensive medical research, so I may be able to help with information. I am female. When you write, if you are or were pregnant, please tell me how far along you were or are, and if you have had an abortion, please tell me what kind. Thank you.

Experience

I have been working with women who are considering abortion for several years. I also work with women who have had abortions. Our family has also experienced adoption, so I can talk about that as well.

Education/Credentials
I am mostly self-taught. I also studied midwifery for awhile. I have spent years doing research on this topic. In fact, I have been doing research and working in this area since the early 1970's. I have been helping women online for a few years, under the guidance of a woman who was formally training in counseling.
