Abortion/Clotting after medical abortion

Question
I had a medical abortion about 2 weeks ago.  I went back to the doctor today to have a pregnancy test to make sure everything went ok.  The test showed that I was still pregnant so they did an ultrasound.  The ultrasound showed that I WAS NOT pregnant.  But the doctor said that I still had a clot in my uterus.  She gave me 2 more pills to insert in my cheek to pass the clot.  It seemed a bit rushed to me since I know that these things take time.  After reading all of the questions/answers it seems that sometimes it takes longer to pass the clots than 2 weeks.  I don't want to put my body through the agony of the pills again.  I'm thinking I should wait longer and 2 weeks isn't enough.  Any thoughts would be so helpful.

Answer
The second set of pills does not cause that much cramping and you are not going to be in agony.  It is a needed treatment.  I ave my patients repeat the Miso to prevent heavy clotting and cramping if the clot does not pass quickly.  The pregnancy test will be positive until you pass the clot.
