ok, in september of 2009, i had an abortion using the the pill method at about 6 weeks (not sure what pill). one orally, 4 vaginally. after the first months my period was and has been since, a normal every 28 days on the dot,and being a heavy set girl my period is always about 5 days.
recently i relaized my period was 5 days late, on the day i apparently started during intercourse. however i started late afternoon on a sunday, and was done tuesday morning. and only about 12-14 hours was kinda heavy. i have been feeling queesy when i smoke cigs, more tired. i should have ovulated around may 19. the first time i was pregnant i tested pos within 10 days of conception. this time i have tested 3 times all neg. being a college student i dont have insurance to go to the doctor quite yet, and im wondering if, IF i am pregnant, could that pill have somehow caused my hcg to be lower than normal now? if not is there another explanation for my late and very short abnormal period?? at the time of my due period i wasnt overly stressed or anything unusal i could think of.

Hi Cierra,
there are more reasons for being a bit overtime than only pregancy.
Just a little extra stress could cause what you observed.
To avoid these problems I advise you to take the contraceptive pill, or
if you do not like extra hormones, have a copper IUD inserted.
My mantra is: 'Never have unprotected sex if you do not wat a baby.'
BY the way, condoms are not so expensive either.
