QUESTION: i'm izwani from brunei. I need you to understand what i meant, cause my english is not too good. Okay, here is. I'm just test by using pregnancy test, and it positive. So, i buy 5 cytotec tablets, 3 swallowing and other 2 inserting in vagina. After 1 hour, i got cramp and it stop for a while. And the second cramp, i had 'white fluid out from my vagina' and i just had diarrhea. But yet, still don't have any blood out from my vagina. I do have my abortion last night (02.08.2011) now, i still feel in pain. Please answer me as soon as possible.

How long ago was your last menstrual period? I will need to know that before I can tell you much.

You should never put those pills in your vagina. They are very dangerous and can kill you. You can develop an infection that will kill you within hours. You need to go to the doctor and ask him to test you for Clostridium sordellii. If you have it, he needs to start aggressive life-saving treatment immediately. Once you develop symptoms, it may be too late. Also, just taking Cytotec and nothing else won't always cause an abortion.

An abortion with Cytotec takes several days. If you start to bleed heavily, you need to eat food with red hot peppers in it, or take cayenne, regularly until the bleeding stops. If this doesn't help, you need to see the doctor.

QUESTION: i do read the instruction that those pill 3 for swallow and 2 for inserting in the vagina. My last period is 7th of june. If starting to bleed is it heavily and tae how many days of the menstruation ?

I am well aware that some instructions say a woman should put some of the pills in the vagina. The instructions are DEAD WRONG. Putting these pills in the vagina can KILL a woman. The people who wrote those instructions don't care about women. They just want to make money. And instructing women to put pills in the vagina is actually illegal in some countries, including mine. The manufacturer of Cytotec also says no pregnant woman should take it because it can kill her. Whoever has been helping you with this is someone you need to stay away from. Seriously. They do not have your well being at heart.

As far along as you are, it is very unlikely the Cytotec will cause an abortion. It is also unlikely it will cause much in the way of a birth defect. You should carry your baby to term. Seriously. Surgical abortion is not only dangerous for you, but also for your future children. It can kill them or cause them to have serious birth defects. If you are unable to raise a child, you can put him or her up for adoption. In any case, abortion is illegal in Poland, so the chance of finding someone who will do a surgical abortion is not that great. If you are from another country, stay in Poland. There is a lot of good help available there. Go to your nearest Catholic church and ask them to help you find help.

Let me know what additional symptoms you have experienced, from taking the pills. If you are bleeding heavily, be sure and get food with red hot peppers in it.
