Dear Dr,

I am 30 years old woman. I had sex with my boyfriend. I had checked a pregnancy test and it confirmed my pregnancy. I am from a country where the abortion is illegal and there are no doctors will help me. I would like to know if there is an contraception pills that can be use for abortion on high doses. It is really urgent because I'm my religion it's forbidden to have abortion on the third month

Dear Do,

I cannot recommend abortion because I believe that your have a life living inside you. Therefore, having an abortion is killing your own child. Why is abortion illegal in your country or with your religion? Is it because of these same reasons? I would ask you to reconsider your decision. I don't know all the customs of your country but can you marry your boyfriend and then have your child. Can you place your child with a family who wants a baby? Can you have your baby and take care of him or her yourself? Let me know your thoughts as I am not familiar with these customs. Also, I don't recommend abortion or contraception pills because of dangers to your own health as well. We have been receiving questions from women in some countries where they took medication without doctor's supervision and caused great problems to their health. Much bleeding and sometimes death.
