Hi Dr Shan!
Its kimiko hope u remember me.
I did the second try of misoprostol after my first failed one, i took it bucally at 7am yesterday then took the 2nd dose after 2 hrs , i started bleeding at once after my second dose with no cramps and it was a lot! Then i just took the rest every 2 hrs till i finished the 10 tablets.
I had diarhea ( a very bad one) and with that blood clots in big sizes bigger than a lemon.I soaked 8 big pads in 4 hours so i thought i was ok, then i noticed that i couldnt stay standing maybe bcoz of dehydration and too much blood loss. At past ten last night i fainted and had to be carried by an ambulance to my obgyne. I lost a lot of blood and  was admitted and checked and was told that the fetus is gone but i had an incomplete abortion. After 2 IV  and staying over night at the hospital the next day i had an ultra sound and was told everything was coming out so i dont need a suction. I was so relieved. Im still under observation and still has to come back to the hospital for checkups but i think im gonna be ok.
I now know why you really dont recommend that medicine. It does work but the consequences can be fatal. I hope everyone whos having medical abortion will not have to experience what ive been through.Im just glad thats its all over and im still here:)

Be glad that you live in a country where doctors can handle these emergency situations.
