hi doctor!
I wanted to add a follow up question after your reply I did not get an option to do so! Hence I have asked here in a new post.Those huge blood clots have continued for 5 hours. Like every 1 hour 1 clot! this continued along with heavy bleeding. Like, by the ending of the hour my pad would be too soaked. Now my bleeding is very little! Does it mean its over now? Would those clots come again? Misoprostol tablets are not available here in the gulf since these tablets could cause abortion and abortion is forbidden in this country!.

Hi Azy,
the methergine or ermetrine drops are certainly obtainable.
But if the bleeding has stopped there is no need to take them.
I ca not predict if it will be all over.
2000 miles away is too far to diagnose   (;-)
