Question
i m from india. m already going through abortion process, as i took meso prost all 4 tab vaginally in night 11:30 pm, but i started bleeding in morning around 7:30. but i did not get any white substance till in bleeding yet. this means my abortion is not yet completed. should i wait ? please help me???

Answer
It is hard to tell.  You do not see a white substance if the pregnancy is early.  You should repeat a dose of Misoprostol if the bleeding was not heavy.  If you are less than 6 weeks pregnant the bleeding may not be heavy.  This site can assist you:

We run a practice called Early Options, located in New York City: http://www.EarlyAbortionOptions.com. The practice is dedicated to making early abortion part of mainstream medical care. There are other family doctors around the United States who practice a similar approach to early abortion care: see http://www.EarlyAbortion.com.
