Question
Am 4 weeks pregnant.....ai took misoprostol d ist time notin serious happend...just for some milky substances dat came owt....ai tried it again orally and vaginally.....notin apend this time around....i want to know if the abortion really occured?

Answer
There is no way to know for sure without an ultrasound. I would suggest taking a home pregnancy test. If it is negative, then the pill were successful. If it is still positive, wait 7 days and take another to compare the results. If the test line is getting faint or less clear, then this normally indicates the pregnancy hormone is lessening and the procedure was successful. If it is getting brighter or more positive, you should see a doctor.
