HOW CAN YOU TELL IF SOMEONE HAS HAD ONE?
You really can't unless there is a complication. Generally very mild scarring occurs that possibly could be known if an exam were to be taken by viewing the inside of the uterus. However, there really isn't a mark left that definitively would show you had an abortion.
