Question
I had an abortion on 24/April/2007... When can I start on birth control pills?... I've read in many sites that it will take some time for my period to become regular again. Does it mean that my next period could come next week or in a few months time? Thank you for your time.

Hi Ade,
it would have been best to start the contraception pill the day after the abortion; but that advise it too late now.
Yes, after an abortuion the periods can be totaly irregular for a few month even. But, when you get your period, start immediately with this contaception pill. Then you will be regular at once. Good luck !
