Question
I had an abortion on Aug. 4 2006,i was not on any type of birth control when i got preg. I started to take the pill  a few days after i had the procedure. I am wondering , i have been taking Ortho Tri for almost 5 months now, should it be at its full effect? Me and my boyfriend are haveing sex ,i just can't stop thinking that im going to get pregnant again. Should i not be as worried since i have been taking the pill??

Thanks for your question. I'm not a medical doctor so you would want to consult with your physician. There is always a possibility of pregnancy with any kind of birth control method except abstinence. The pill is not 100% safe in preventing pregnancy even if you take each pill exactly correctly. Almost 22 years of on-the-job training onsite at abortion clinics and volunteering at pregnancy resource centers. Sonogram training and Post Abortion Counseling Training. Have done research with hundreds of women for almost 23 years regarding abortion, pregnancy and post-abortion healing.
