AnswerDalia,
The morning after pill is usually not effective after 72 hours from intercourse and even then it's about 50-75% effective. RU-486 or mifepristone can be used up until 49 days after the beginning of your last period. However, RU-486 isn't a simple fix, it requires you to go Day 1, 3 and 14 to visit the clinic and from what I know (which I'm not a doctor), it isn't that plesant, you basically have a big period which kind of flushes everything out.
So in short, the best advice I can give you is DON'T PANIC. I'd get some help first, try an emergency pregnancy hotline first so you can at least hear some alternatives (plus they are anonymous and can help you deal with telling friends and family if you decide to keep the baby). If you don't find their help very good, then you're going to have to schedule an appointment at a clinic or see a doctor about it. The biggest problem is you're going to have to talk to someone about this (it doesn't have to be your parents). I would also suggest that you need to talk to someone who's a bit older. Anyway, give this hotline a call if you feel like it, it'll help just to talk to someone. 1-800-848-LOVE is the one I know, they're 24 hours a day so call now or whenever. Also, they have a website
http://www.optionline.org/ and you can reach them even on AOL Instant Messenger if you want.
