Abortion/don't know what to do

Question
hi,
i'm 25 and just recently found out that i'm pregnant, about 6 weeks to be exact.  the father and i don't live in the same state and have been in on/off again relationship for the past few years, but have known each other since 2001. i'm graduating in may with my master's and though he is the same age as me, he just graduated last year with his bachelor's. so we both are somewhat educated and could find decent jobs in the near future.  my concern is that despite this, neither of us are ready for a baby, emotionally or financially, at this time.  he is not ready for a child and is not ready to get married, but has said that he will be there to support both the child and myself.  even though he says this, i know this isn't what he wants, but he doesn't believe in abortion. and although i know it isn't in our best interest to keep this child, i can't bring myself to get an abortion. the whole process and the guilt and emotional ramifications afterward scare me to death.  i just don't know what to do.  am i too young to have a baby?

Answer
cj, sorry about the delay.  As for being too young to have a baby, I would say no.  However, that's from a strictly biological view.  Anyway, my advice would be to talk to someone about some options.  One place I always recommend is www.optionline.org (or call them at 1-800-395-HELP in the US).  They also have AOL IM.  I only am making this short because you've got a lot of variables to consider and they are much more knowledgeable than myself (I'm a bit more technical).  Hope that helps and let me know if they are any help to you.  If not, I'm more than willing to do what I can to help.
