my girlfriend thinks that she was preganant but miscarried but she still thinks that she is can this be true can you still be pregant after a miscarry

Hi Jamie, very short answer: NO.
The question is " why does not she understand that"
She seems to be in the denial phase of the mourning process.
Obviously it is difficult for her to see and accept the truth.
Show her that you understand this and help her accepting her loss.
