Hi.i know that this question may sound strange.i found out that i was pregnant and now i feel like im not ready 4 it.i wud say im 4-5 wks pregnant.because im early m will i just need to take a tablet?

Many clinics can give you this medicine but do not wait. It just works in early pregnancies.
