Question My daughter is pregnant and wants to have an abortion but she never told the father and she is 14 weeks is there a law that states that he has any say so in this matter we live in Maryland
Answer Dear Mr. Vinson,
Your daughter does not have to say a word to the father, no matter what state she lives in. It is completely her legal right. The father has absolutely no say in the matter, does not have to be notified, or anything else.
