Question Hello,
I recently had an abortion, and now am rethinking that decision. However I am writing because I have really bad abdominal pain and slight lower back pain. As far as I've researched this is not normal, I have taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative. So i was hoping you can tell me what these pains are from?
Answer Hi Amanda :)
If you need to talk to someone non-biased about how you feel, you can always call Exhale (1-866-439–4253).
If it's severe, it's best to see your doctor. It could be cramping pains, but after 7 weeks, any symptoms associated with an abortion should have gone down, or be gone. If you had a medical abortion, it could be the uterus contracting to pass leftover clots. But my best advice is to check this out with your doctor, to make sure everything is ok.
