hi iam jem iam 6months preganant and still want an abortion.the problem is  i dont know were and how to have an abortion.iam 18 yrs. old here in phillippines.at the 1st month i was taking unprescribed pills that can abort the baby.but nothing happened and iam taking different kinds of medine up to my 5th month and still didnt stop taking it. it is called premotol N i dont know about the history of the pill or what it is really used for.i really want an abortion.i dont know what to do im still very young and dont know how to be a mom.please help me..is it still advisable to have a surgical abortion??am i at risk of the pill that im taking??is it true that my life would be at risk if i do it???what are the complications???

please do reply im really confused and scared..

Hi Jem :)

You need a doctor to perform a late term procedure, or induce preterm labor. Discuss with a gynecologist or doctor your situation. There are some out there willing to help you. The risks are higher with later term procedures, but if it is performed by a trained professional, you will be okay. Unfortunately, after 24 weeks (6 months) it is very difficult to get an abortion. So please, discuss this thoroughly with a doctor, or more, and they may be able to help you. If not, and you are unable to end the pregnancy, you can consider adoption, but try your best with a doctor first.
