Is it true that there are millions of people/families that want to adopt babies because they can't have children?

I don't know if it is millions, but it was an issue for my own family and many more throughout the US and the world.
I suggest you try to get some current adoption statistics from your local community adoption center.  I can assure you that many women (and men) who have a strong desire for a family and cannot have children biologically, long for other options, among those adoption, so that they can have a child to love and to raise.
