Question
Hello Mr.Stephens,   Although I am,in principle, highly opposed to unelected officials who pass laws indirectly by judicial fiat,it appears that pro-life sympathizers are in the majority on the Supreme Court. From a legal standpoint, precisely what would it take for the high court to re-consider and reverse Roe vs. Wade?   --Bruce Zimmer

Answer
My belief is that Roe v Wade may not be reversed just on its own merits or lack of, but by another case making it to the Supreme Court that will be closely related, but with some difference, such that it will be accepted to be heard by the high court.  At that time, the jurors may see fit to revisit Roe v Wade due to the relation to the new case.  I'd be surprised if Roe v Wade would come up again otherwise, but we'll see.
Have a good day.
