Question I looking for information on why the Roe v. Wade decision was rendered as it was. I've read the decision, but I can't say I particularly understood it. Anything that breaks down the decision would be a great help. I'm doing this for school or a paper, simply curious. As a side, I too am "pro-life", so thanks for the effort.
Answer Steve, this is one that is more difficult than others to answer. I'm going to do something unusual for me, which is to refer you to a website where you can go to and click on topics concering the ruling. Sorry to not be of more help.
