That is a hard one. While I would not reccomend abortion in that case, I would feel hard pressed to deny a rape victim. Rather than argue that it is wrong, give them examples of how it does not help. Rape victims who have abortions are more likely to have severe depression and kill themselves. Also, less than 1% of all rape victims ever get pregnant. It is a case of focusing on the main problem: ending the pointless abortions that happen everyday. I doubt this was the exact answer you were looking for, but it is the best I can come up with.
