AboutTom Gamble Expertise I can answer just about any question about abortion and recommend places to focus if you would like to learn more. My arguments are mainly secular, due to the other person I talk with usually, but I can also discuss religious viewpoints as well. I substantiate all claims I make and always welcome intelligent discussion or general questions.
Experience I present lectures and presentations on bioethical issues and also engage in public debates. I like to focus on one-to-one interaction and attempt to reason through logic, not emotion.

What kind of life is it if the mother: doesn't want you, can't afford to raise you, is too young, is not ready, is not married, is not stable, is addicted to drugs? The list could go on and on. It is egotistical for other people to decide what other women should do with their bodies and lives. People make mistakes, but women should have to pay for it, and worse of all, the unwanted child should have to pay for it?
Quality of life is more important to me than quantity of life. I understand that it is a very difficult topic, but I think it's time that people start focusing on the quality of life for the worlds population of starving and homeless children, rather than worrying about the ones that we should add to the mix.

There is no reason for people to think its right to get an abortion. The only way I would think it would be right is if they were in a sexual conflict with a predator. Other then that it is the females fault for not being more concerned about her life.
