Question
Is it true that if u drink water the morning after a nite on the ouzo or absinthe u get drunk again?

Answer
First, let me say that Ouzo is no more Absinthe that Absinthe is Wine. So the "next day" effect's will vary on all of these.
Now. As for your question. Is it true? well, if you drink an entire bottle of anything, then the next morning you will most likely still be drunk. And if you add water to that, you just get a drunk who has to pee alot... So the answer is no. You will not get drunk again. You will still be drunk from the night before:-)
Hope this helps! and please, NEVER! drink that much Absinthe! you could very well die in your sleep.
