Question
i am with a man that can be the most wonderful man in the world.but the only problem is his temper over stupid things.he is only 24 yrs old. can he out grow the stupid shit that he worries about. i think alot of it has to do with insecurity. if you  need to ask me more specific details please let me know because if nothing else i really need to get this off of my chest.i think that i have let my own self esteem go down due to certain circumstances. i really want to help him and be there for him but he is really making things difficult. looking forward to hearing from you

Answer
Hi Jennifer, Your boyfriend will not change until he get some help in therapy.

If you want to help him stop helping him stop being a savior.

Let him do it ask him to get help, you are not helping him by doing so you are having him become dependent on you.

Ask him to get help if he want to save the relationship and himself.

In therapy they will give him some tools to deal with this problem.
