Hi, I have been with my husband for 2 years, was married to him 16 years ago, left him and got back with him again,after 16 years, don't ask me why? Our first marriage we were in our 20's and he use to cheat on me , hit me , the whole thing, now he is emotionally abusive with me, he holds back on sex, he gives me the silent treatment always yells at me for dumb things, never gives me any attention or affection,never takes me nowhere. I left my family to move to his home town again and now I really regret it, I followed our two sons they came to live here in the big city with him, we got along better as friends, I do not know what to do? should I stay or leave? He can be a good person, good provider but as for giving me the time of day never. Honey moon was over really quick.

The person you are referring to may change and start loving you.
OR
He may continue to be the same and may not attend to your emotional and physical needs.
At this juncture you, from your experiences will have to make a prudent decision whether to stay with him or leave him.I suggest you not to make any hasty decision. Wait for some time and let all your emotions subside and then you will be able to reach a prudent decision.
My point here is that your decision should platform on realities that will provide you a peaceful life.
