How can a man love you if he doesn't love himself. My advice to you is to leave now, his abuse will not stop it will only gets worse maybe to the point of him taking your life and no man's worth that. I know you say you love him and that feeling can make us put up with some crazy things. Leave this situation now and if you do believe me you're look back on this and say "What was I thinking". I wish you the best. I've been there done that.
